About this Pooja
As per Hindu rituals and sanskars, family members and relatives congregate for Shanti Path and Geeta pravachan followed by Bhajans on the 4th day of death. The departed soul and his good deeds are remembered. In some families, the rituals for departed soul are concluded on the 4th day. However we believe that in order to propitiate the noble soul, complete 13 days mourning, with laid down Shanti rituals, should be observed.
We advise that for such an important occasion, a proper ceremony is conducted by a learned and expert Pundit to bring blessings to the passed away and for the loved ones.
