About this Pooja

As per Hindu philosophy, people become immortal after death. They take with them their good deeds. After the death, it is the responsibility of family members to carry out last rites according to Shastras so that the departed soul can rest in peace. In Hindu dharma, Pind Daan is considered one of the most sacred act and duty of the eldest son of the family. The family observes mourning for 13 days after death and recites prayers for peace of departed soul.

We advise that for such an important occasion, a proper ceremony is conducted by a learned and expert Pundit to bring blessings to the passed away and for the loved ones.
